GoDaddy Most Common
GoDaddy's Delegate Access feature lets you grant DNS-level access without sharing your password.

Log in to your GoDaddy account
Go togodaddy.comand sign in with your credentials. -
Open Account Settings
Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner, then select Account Settings. -
Click "Delegate Access"
In the left sidebar, click Delegate Access. -
Click "Invite to Access"
Then enter the email address: -
Set the access level to "Domains Manager"
From the access level dropdown, choose Domains Manager.Do not select "Account Manager" — that grants billing and account-level access, which is more than we need. -
Click "Invite"
We'll receive an email invitation and will accept it within 1 business day.
Namecheap
Namecheap lets you share access to specific domains without giving up your login.

Log in to Namecheap
Go tonamecheap.comand sign in. -
Go to Account settings
Click your username in the top-right, then select Profile. -
Open "Sharing & Transfer"
In the left menu under your account, click Sharing & Transfer. -
Click "Give Access"
Enter the email address[email protected]in the field provided. -
Select "Domain List" access
Check the box for Domain List so we can view and update DNS records.You do not need to grant access to "Marketplace", "Billing", or "Private Email" — only Domain List. -
Click "Confirm"
An invitation will be sent to our email.
Google Domains / Squarespace Domains
Google Domains was acquired by Squarespace in 2023. Depending on when you registered, you may be on either platform — the steps are nearly identical.
domains.squarespace.com. If it's still on Google Domains, log in at domains.google.com.

Log in and select your domain
Sign in and click the domain name you want to share access to. -
Open "Access & Controls" or "Permissions"
In the domain settings panel, look for Access & Controls (Google) or Permissions (Squarespace). -
Click "Share Access" or "Add User"
Enter[email protected]. -
Set the permission level
Select Editor or DNS Manager (whichever is available). This allows us to update DNS records only.Do not select Owner or Admin — Editor / DNS access is sufficient. -
Send the invitation
Click Invite or Send. We'll receive an email and accept within 1 business day.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare uses a Members system to grant access. We'll be added as a member to your account with limited DNS permissions.

Log in to Cloudflare
Go todash.cloudflare.comand sign in. -
Go to Account Home
Click on your account name in the top-left to open Account Home. -
Open "Manage Account" → "Members"
In the left sidebar:Manage Account › Members -
Click "Invite"
Enter the email address[email protected]. -
Select the appropriate role
Choose DNS Administrator if available; otherwise use Administrator Read Only.If you have the option to scope access to a single domain/zone, please do so — select only the domain we're working on together. -
Click "Send Invite"
We'll receive an invite email and accept it promptly.
Network Solutions
Network Solutions uses an Account Contacts system to share access to your domain management.

Log in to Network Solutions
Go tonetworksolutions.comand sign in with your account. -
Go to My Account
Click your name or the account icon in the top-right, then select My Account. -
Open Account Manager
Navigate to:My Account › Account Manager › Manage Account Contacts -
Click "Add New Contact"
Fill in the contact details using:Name: Lux Digital Marketing | Email:[email protected] -
Assign Domain Management permissions
Set the contact type to Technical Contact and ensure Domain Management access is enabled. -
Save and confirm
Click Save. An email confirmation may be sent to both you and us.
Bluehost / HostGator
These hosting providers have limited account-sharing features. The most reliable method is to export your DNS zone file and send it to us along with temporary access credentials.

Log in and open Domains
Go to your Bluehost or HostGator control panel and navigate to Domains → Zone Editor or DNS Zone Manager. -
Find and export the zone file
Look for an Export or Download Zone File button. The file will be a.txtor.zonefile containing all your DNS records. -
Email the file to us
Send the exported zone file to[email protected]— we'll review your current DNS setup and tell you exactly what needs to change. -
We'll send you the exact records to add
Once we've reviewed the file, we'll reply with step-by-step instructions for the specific DNS records you need to add or update.

Create a temporary sub-account (if available)
Some Bluehost plans support additional cPanel users. If yours does:cPanel › Manage Users › Add User -
Provide us the credentials securely
Share the username and temporary password with us via a secure method (we recommend a password manager link — just ask and we'll send you a secure share link). -
We'll update the records and notify you
Once done, we'll confirm the changes and you can reset or remove the temporary credentials immediately.
